Service fees, retainers, and billing cycles are defined in your specific agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt or according to stated invoice terms. Non-payment or payment defaults may result in immediate suspension of bookkeeping activities, software integration maintenance, and client portal access until accounts are brought current.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Friendly Neighborhood Bookkeepers LLC, its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of site usage, software platform downtime, or service interruptions outside our direct control. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company against any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from fraudulent or inaccurate documentation provided to us.
